Deposits

Log in to your 18ji account, go to Deposit and Withdrawal, and select GCash or Maya. Enter the amount you want to deposit and follow the on-screen steps to complete the transfer through your GCash or Maya app. Deposits reflect in your 18ji balance within seconds in most cases.

The minimum deposit varies slightly by payment method. For GCash, Maya, and GrabPay, the standard minimum is ₱100. For bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or UnionBank, the minimum is typically ₱500. Check the Deposit and Withdrawal page for the latest limits.

Most deposits reflect instantly, but bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet can take up to 30 minutes during peak hours. If your deposit has not arrived after that window, contact our support team with your transaction reference number and the amount. We will investigate and credit it manually if confirmed.

18ji does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g. your bank or e-wallet) may have their own transaction fees — these are outside of 18ji's control. GCash and Maya do not typically charge fees for standard transfers.
Withdrawals

Log in, go to Deposit and Withdrawal, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method — GCash, Maya, or bank transfer — enter the amount, and confirm. Your first withdrawal will require KYC verification (a valid government-issued ID). Subsequent withdrawals process faster once your identity is on file.

GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers via InstaPay usually arrive within the same business day. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take slightly longer.

You will need to submit one valid Philippine government-issued ID — acceptable options include a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS/GSIS ID, Postal ID, or PRC ID. A selfie holding the ID may also be required. Once verified, future withdrawals do not require additional documents.
